Chauvet's COLORado I-Tri Tour LED Brings Light to Art Basel Miami's "Oceanfront Nights"
Art Basel Miami is among the United States’ largest and most prestigious art shows, showcasing the talents of the world’s most innovative artists, designers, and architects. Among the many attractions at this year’s Art Basel show, the Oceanfront Nights venue was among the largest and most widely attended. Oceanfront Nights was the site of the "Exhale" installation, which was comprised of a large interactive structure built from reflective and phosphorescent ropes that swayed in the ocean wind and glowed from the moonlight and Chauvet’s powerful COLORado 1-Tri Tour LED PAR can units. The fourteen 3-watt tri-color LEDs provide rich, flat, and saturated RGB color changing while its IP66 casing ensures that the unit continues to shine no matter what the surrounding environment. The COLORado 1-Tri Tour LED cans’ light was ideal for illuminating the ropes of the Ocean Nights structure and for illuminating its radical design. With its multiple yokes and multiple modes of operation (stand-alone, DMX, master/slave), the COLORado 1-Tri Tour LED is versatile and ideal for venues that require light units to be mounted to trusses or situated on the ground. The Tri-Tour’s multiple operating modes allows for easy set up and operation no matter how involved or rudimentary your lighting system is.
BulbAmerica has the Tri-Tour LED PAR can and many other of Chauvet’s outdoor LED and LED lighting effects in stock so be sure to check them all out. If you have anymore questions please leave a comment or question on our blog or Facebook or give us a call at 1-877-622-0897.
