Osram XBO 17106 - 1200W/DHP OFR, XBO DHP for Digital Projection Lamp OSRAM XBO Xenon Discharge Lamps (>450W) are intensely bright and offer excellent color
rendering. Originally introduced in 1954 for cinema projection.OSRAM's innovation of XBO
technology was awarded an OSCAR in 1984 for revolutionizing the film industry. Today OSRAM
offers an extensive line of XBO lamps designed specifically to meet in increasing demands of
digital cinema projection. Designed with shorter arc gaps, these lamps provide the higher level of
point-source intensity needed for today's more demanding digital projection systems.
